How do I order cigars?
We sell our cigars on specified “Drop Days,” which is a day that we restock all of our cigars at a specific time. The Drop info is always in our bio on our instagram @brothersbroadleaf. We do not restock the website in between Drops.
How often do you have Drops?
We have drop days every three weeks! Typically they are on Sundays at 3pm Eastern. Once cigar inventory is sold out, we will not restock until the next drop.
Why do you only sell on Drop days?
All of our tobacco is aged for 2+ years and then hand rolled to guarantee quality and consistency. We are still growing as a company and working towards our goal of ultimately sharing our products with anyone seeking quality. Because of the high standards we set, we will always value quality over quantity.
Can I pre-order cigars?
We do not accept pre-orders to ensure a fair opportunity for everyone to get cigars on the drop day.
Do you have wholesale options?
Absolutely....If you are interested in carrying our product visit our Online Wholesale Application and we will get you set up.
How long will my order take to ship and be delivered?
We do our best to have your order packed within 1-3 business days! Typical delivery takes 2-5 days. Holiday season (Oct.-Dec.) can cause longer delivery times. Refer to your tracking number for updates on your delivery and an estimated delivery date.
How do I track my package?
The day that we pack your order, you should receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive the email with your tracking after 24 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Can you ship outside of the US?
We ship internationally to select countries through our website, if you do not see your country listed please email us at [email protected]. We currently cannot ship to Canada or the EU.
How many cigars can I order at once?
In one order you can get a maximum of 4 Havana Boxes, 2 Broadleaf Boxes, 7 Havana Packs, 7 Broadleaf Packs.

How should I store my cigars to keep them fresh?
Quality is our top priority, we try to pack each cigar at the perfect humidity level. The packaging contains a foil liner which is made to keep your cigars fresh for several years. All you need to do is make sure you seal your bag/pack after each use!

What’s the difference between all the cigars?
We have 3 different cigar products: Paxton’s Pearls® Broadleaf, Paxton’s Pearls® Havana, and Dawson’s Dudz.
- The Broadleaf Pearls are the OG Pearl, our very first product. They are the thickest leaf we have, they’re dark, and they have a very robust flavor. These are in our black packaging and can be bought in 5-packs or in a box that contains 8 of those 5-packs.
- The Havana Pearls are dark, silky, and light in flavor which allows your filler of choice to take the reins on flavor. These are in our white packaging and can be bought in 5-packs or in a box that contains 8 of those 5-packs.
- Dawson’s Dudz are the first bundle of perfectly imperfect cigars designed for the every day smoker. They are a superior smoke for a discounted price sold in bags of 20 cigars.
Can I smoke the second leaf in the cigar?
Short answer: Yes! The inner leaf in each one of our Brothers Broadleaf cigars is meant to be a binder to hold in the guts of the cigar, that way you don’t have a mess when you unroll! If you don’t mind the mess, you’ll have yourself a second rollable leaf.
How long does the glue last?
To extend the life of the glue, we recommend freezing the glue. Let it thaw before use. Once thawed, it should stay fresh for 2-3 months. You can freeze the glue at any point to preserve it. If you have any issues with your glue please reach out to us at [email protected]
What is the return policy?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason - we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. We ask that the product is returned to us so we may inspect the issue for quality control. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange for complete satisfaction.
