We do our best to have your order packed within 1-3 business days! Typical delivery takes 2-5 days. Holiday season (Oct.-Dec.) can cause longer delivery times. Refer to your tracking number for updates on your delivery and an estimated delivery date.
The day that we pack your order, you should receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive the email with your tracking after 24 hours, please reach out to us at sales@brothersbroadleaf.com.
We ship internationally to select countries through our website, if you do not see your country listed please email us at sales@brothersbroadleaf.com. We currently cannot ship to Australia, Canada or the EU.
Quality is our top priority, we try to pack each cigar at the perfect humidity level. The packaging contains a foil liner which is made to keep your cigars fresh for several years. All you need to do is make sure you seal your bag/pack after each use!

Short answer: Yes! The inner leaf in each one of our Brothers Broadleaf cigars is meant to be a binder to hold in the guts of the cigar, that way you don’t have a mess when you unroll! If you don’t mind the mess, you’ll have yourself a second rollable leaf.
To extend the life of the glue, we recommend freezing the glue. Let it thaw before use. Once thawed, it should stay fresh for 2-3 months. You can freeze the glue at any point to preserve it. If you have any issues with your glue please reach out to us at sales@brothersbroadleaf.com
If you are unsatisfied for any reason - we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
