SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of how Brothers Broadleaf sales are conducted at this time on a bi-weekly schedule (unless delayed due to forces beyond our control or holidays) please allow a reasonable amount of time to process each order to ensure quality, accuracy and 100% satisfaction.

For all orders placed on drop days due to high volume of orders, all orders will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.

Orders placed on non-drop days Monday-Friday will be shipped within 2 business days.

Depending on size and weight of the purchase, you can expect your order in 1-7 business days after order has been processed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All Product is shipped via USPS ONLY.

All shipping rates are based on USPS rates determined by the quantity, weight, and package size required to ship.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a receipt included with the tracking information of your package. If for any reason, a receipt or tracking number was not received, please feel free to reach out to [email protected], we are happy to provide any assistance in a timely manner.

2 Day Priority does not include weekends. If an order is placed on Wednesday after 2:00pm EST, your order will not be received until the following Monday.


FLORIDA SALES TAX

Brothers Broadleaf is a Florida based business, and we are required by the state to collect a State Sales and Use tax. All purchases with a Shipping address in Florida will be charged the rate defined by the state. Tax will be added to order during processing for Florida residents.
